Tim was quite professional and knowledgeable. We had originally thought to obtain an estimate for a soft water system for the house with a reverse osmosis spigot for the kitchen tap water. After discussing pros and cons, as well as possible alternatives, we went with a descaling system and charcoal filter. He answered all our questions. He arrived within the time allowed and went right to work. It took a little longer than anticipated, but I'd rather have it done well than too fast. He even noticed that our hot water heater didn't have the proper piping, installed previously by another firm, and fixed that quickly for us no charge. Thank you!

I called Sawyer on Monday regarding a leak in our MBR shower. An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Kyle arrived promptly and I showed him where the leak was.
He investigated the situation and determined what parts would be needed to make the repair. An estimate was provided with instruction to call the office when we’re ready for them to begin the repair.
